Deon Perold (Director)
Deon obtained his BA LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town and was admitted as an attorney in 1990. He has 30 years’ experience in commercial litigation and commercial work in general
The Firm was established in 1993 by Deon after he resigned as a director of a large Cape Town law firm.
Deon has assisted many blue chip clients both locally and internationally with commercial litigation, raising funding, restructuring and general commercial work.
He is an accomplished 4×4 enthusiast and enjoys boating and water skiing. He is married to Jenny Perold and has two children, Matthew and Tyler.
Melissa Bester (Consultant)
Melissa Bester obtained an LLB degree through UNISA while doing her articles at Deon Perold & Associates Incorporated, and was admitted as an attorney in 2013.
Melissa has extensive commercial litigation experience, as well as drafting of contracts, business rescue and insolvency. She has recently focused on property law.
Melissa is married to Cliff Bester and has two young children Ethan and Elle. She enjoys hiking and the outdoors.
